Mike Zietek has been working as a pastry chef since 1997. After working with some of London's top pâtissiers, and teaching pâtisserie in further education; he now works as a product designer for a multi-national confectionery manufacturer and is a senior committee member for the U.K Association of Pastry Chefs. All cakes produced are completely hand made and unique. The type of cake, fillings, colours, themes; in fact EVERYTHING is your decision. Nearly all the cakes you see here started with a personal consultation to define the personality of the creation, none more so of course than the wedding cakes.
