This enormous chocolate cake is a variation on the classical Sacher Torte.
Rich, dark chocolate sponge layered wih apricot jam and chocolate ganache, glazed all over with more chocolate!
The design could be further decorated with sugar flowers or chocolate shavings/shapes if desired.
