This enormous sponge cake measured 12" x 24".
The ultra shiny pulled sugar ribbon, framed with simple chocolate piping sets off the cake and is of course entirely edible too!
Vanilla sponge with high quality raspberry jam and authentic butter cream with a light sprinkling of vermouth syrup for extra flavour.
