This is an enormous chocolate cake, the board was 17" square. The brief was "Death by chocolate" so that's what they got.
Two layers of dark chocolate sponge, held apart with layers of Raspberry jam and milk chocolate butter cream.
The decoration is shavings and scrolls of milk, white and dark chocolate with even more chocolate around the edges!
